Roadmap

Right now it shows every licensed slaughter facility in Austria, but that is just the beginning.

• Better data per facility

  The current dataset shows locations licensed to slaughter. The next step is figuring out which facilities are actively slaughtering, which animals, and at what scale.

• Links to undercover investigations

  Where credible investigations and footage exist for a specific facility, the popup will link out to them. This has to clear legal review before it ships — defamation, reporting law, and platform liability all need to be worked through carefully.

• “Documentation available” marker distinction

  Facilities with published investigations or footage will be visibly marked on the map.

• More countries

  Austria is the first country on the map. Germany is probably next, and more will follow from there.

• More languages

  The site will be fully translated, starting with German.

• Much more is planned — but still secret

  Some of the most interesting features aren’t listed here yet. Come back in a while.
